Learn to Draw a Frog

Don’t be fooled, sketching a frog can be more frustrating than you imagined: especially if you are doing it for the first time. I was able to sketch the frog in the thumbnail in 10 steps and you can do the same.

The resources I used to learn to draw this frog is as follows:

• 10 Step Drawing: Animals by Heather Kilgour - You can get this at your local Waterstones (in the UK) or on Amazon.

• Procreate app on an iPad.

• Apple pencil.

• Procreate brushes - Dry Ink and Blackburn

Great book for beginners. Learn to draw 75 animals.

I will be drawing animals using this book and posting the finished images in my art gallery. I intend to experiment with different media as I go along and explain what I have learned.
